How To Unpack Your Mattress
We recommend you unbox the Hybrid within 3 weeks of delivery and the Original and Pro within 30 days.
- We recommend having a friend or two help set up your new mattress.
- Remove the mattress from the box in the bedroom you would like to keep it in.
- Place vacuum-sealed mattress onto your bed base.
- Unroll the first layer of plastic
- Unfold the mattress and align the top of the mattress with the top of the bed frame.
- Carefully use scissors to cut away the plastic wrapping. Your mattress will begin to expand immediately!
- Cut the plastic around the perimeter of the mattress and remove.
- The bed should be completely expanded in less than a minute!
- While your mattress can be used right away, we recommend giving it a full 24hrs to completely decompress.
