Refund Policy


Bear Mattress:  If you’re not completely satisfied with your new mattress, after trying it for between 30 and 100 nights please call 844-311-0035 to request a return. At that time, our customer service team will assist in the return process which will require the mattress to be removed from your residence before a refund will take place.  The Bear Mattress Operations team will organize the removal.  Only one return of a Bear Mattress per customer, household, delivery address.  You will be refunded for the cost of the mattress.

If you do not open your Bear Mattress, please call us at 844-311-0035 and we will send you a shipping label to send it back to us.

Absolutely no refunds or returns will be granted after 100 nights.
