What are my options for White Glove Services?
Install and Removal
In-home set up of your new Bear mattress and removal of your old mattress on the date you schedule with LoadUp. All packaging, including your old mattress, is disposed of in a sustainable manner.
Install Only
In-home set up of your new Bear mattress. All packaging will be disposed of appropriately.
Removal Only
Ensure your old mattress is removed and either donated or disposed of sustainably.
How does White Glove Services work?
Place Your Order
After your order is processed, our White Glove partner, LoadUp, will send a Schedule Request email. Choose a date and time that fits your schedule.

All orders will be delivered by FedEx Ground.
Simply place the items you want setup and/or removed aside for the service agents.
Please Note: All products should be at their final destination before LoadUp arrives to complete the scheduled service.

Get Set Up
On the day of the appointment, a LoadUp representative will call you when the service agent is approximately 30 minutes away. Once the service agent arrives, they will set up and/or remove the products indicated on the request form.
